Nina knows food. She’s a Honolulu native, and she builds Full Fathom Five’s dinner program. She also designed the menus and hand-drew all of the pictures—and when we needed a name, she thought of Ariel’s song right away. Full Fathom Five wouldn’t exist without her.

BAR PROGRAM

Alexander knows rum. His first real nautical cocktail was a Jet Pilot at Revival Bar in Chicago (he had somewhere between five and fifteen—he doesn’t remember exactly). He created Full Fathom Five’s bar program and designed the Full Fathom Five original cocktails.
